QSensato is glad to share its involvement in the EU research project EXPLORER, focused on studying natural, extreme, or remote environments. The Kick-Off Meeting was held at Politecnico di Milano on November 20-21.
QSENSATO SRL was represented by our co-founder, Prof. Annalisa Volpe, who introduced our startup and our contribution during the initial discussions for this exciting multi-disciplinary initiative. Also in attendance was Anni Domenica Arias, a PhD candidate at the Dipartimento di Fisica (UNIBA-POLIBA).
The meeting brought together the Consortium, comprising seven European partners and eight non-European collaborators, including the promoter and coordinator of the initiative, Petra Paiè, Professor at the Dipartimento di Fisica – Politecnico di Milano.
Our core contribution is the development of a lab-on-a-chip quantum sensing platform for magnetic microscopy of biological samples. This technology underscores our commitment to providing miniaturized, high-precision measurement tools, which are essential for critical field research within the broader EXPLORER project.
